Jörg Pfannenberg on trends 2022: Hybrid!

On the IPRN annual general meeting in Lisbon in October 2021, JP KOM’s Jörg Pfannenberg gave this statement on the things to come in the field of communication in 2022. He is convinced: digitization will not roll back, on the other hand people want to meet in person. This means, the importance of hybrid events increases – with a lot of additional work and use of technology.
